A lawyer specialising in immigration law and employment law, with experience in legal advice, handling administrative procedures and defending her clients' interests before the courts.
In employment law, she has experience in dismissal proceedings, claims for money owed, violations of fundamental rights, balancing work and family life, incapacity and accidents at work, as well as in proceedings before the Labour Inspectorate and the employment courts.
In immigration and nationality matters, she advises and represents individuals in procedures for residence, arraigo, family reunification, permits for family members of Spanish and EU citizens and Spanish nationality, as well as in administrative appeals and judicial review before the administrative courts.
As the founder of LEXFELS Abogados, she believes in practising law in a way that is approachable, clear and committed, based on personal attention, honesty and supporting each client throughout their whole procedure.

The team
Head of Case Management and Processing
Marta is responsible for internal management and case processing at Lexfels Abogados. She oversees the paperwork and prepares and carries out the online filing of administrative and court procedures, particularly in immigration, Spanish nationality and employment court matters.
Her main duties include preparing and submitting Spanish nationality applications, processing immigration applications online and filing written submissions and court claims, as well as following up on proceedings and keeping track of administrative and procedural deadlines.
She is organised, meticulous and committed to her work. Her attention to detail and her ability to concentrate allow her to review each case file thoroughly, check that the paperwork is complete and ensure that procedures are handled rigorously and in an orderly way.
She holds a Higher Vocational Qualification in Administration and Finance (Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas), obtained at IES Núria in Gavà, and is currently furthering her education with a degree in Psychology at the University of Barcelona.
Her sense of responsibility, empathy and organisational skills contribute to the smooth internal running of the firm and to offering our clients a professional, approachable and efficient service.
Client Services and Commercial Management
A graduate in International Relations, María Belén has experience in administrative management, customer service and process coordination in international and multicultural settings.
At Lexfels Abogados, she is in charge of first contact with our clients, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments and commercial follow-up, making communication between clients and the firm close and smooth.
She has lived in Germany and in various other countries abroad, an experience that has given her a multicultural outlook and a particular sensitivity to migration and to the process of adapting to new surroundings. She also has a high level of English, French, Portuguese, Catalan and German, which allows her to offer personalised attention to clients of different nationalities.
Her profile combines organisational ability, communication skills and a warm, empathetic manner, making sure that everyone feels listened to and supported from their first contact with the firm.
